Bruce Carson

I actually started my career in Film and Television doing Live Wild West Shows beginning in 1979. During this period I performed in Las Vegas, Calamigos Ranch Malibu, Big Rock Ranch Malibu as well as a long list of private shows and smaller venues.

We mainly performed for large audiences but also took time to donate our services to many charities, which often gave me the pleasure to put a smile on the faces of many special needs children over the years.

I attended a Stunt School during this period as well and trained to a variety of stunt gags like Studio Fighting, Car Stunts of all sorts, High Falls and Fire Work.

I have doubled many stars in Film and Television over my career and was lucky enough to be Johnny Depp's first stunt double on "A Nightmare on Elm Street"

Wes Craven put me in S.A.G. in 1980 and I was blessed to have worked with him on several more of his films as well...

As a writer I have written several feature length films and was lucky enough to have had a couple of them produced.

The Night Brings Charlie was produced in 1990 at Universal Studios Florida and was a small but profitable film.

In 1986 I opened my first production company and began shooting everything from small commercials to movie trailers and about everything in between. I started by purchasing the very first 3 chip camera every produced which was made by Sony. I have progressed with technology from that time all the way to the current Cinema Cameras that are used for Motion Pictures today...like Arri and RED.

From 2013 to 2016 I ran a stage/Studio called The Palm Springs Film Factory. Located in Thousand Palms California near glamorous Palm Springs, we shot many TV pilots and various shows there. Specializing in Green Screen Effects we had a 45 x 30 ft. Green Screen Cyclorama wall that we used to create many keying effects for multiple visual effects clients.

I am currently Head of Production at GTV Network near Palm Springs CA. while also running my personal Production Company "CARSON PRODUCTIONS" while writing a sequel to "The Night Brings Charlie" for production in the near future.

Myself and my Company are available for any production needs you may have....
